How we work

Site visit, advice and assessment

Upon your initial enquiry, one of our advisors will arrange a convenient time and date for a surveyor to meet with you at the site to discuss your requirements. An email confirmation will be sent out with the details of the surveyor attending your appointment.  All of our surveyors are fully trained to be able to offer you the best advice possible and talk through the job’s requirements in a jargon free manner.

Site visits are essential when providing quotations; it is almost impossible to provide an accurate quote without first assessing the tree(s), stumps or hedges in question. Our intentions on site visits is to share our knowledge and experience with you to help you make a decision that is best for yourself. 

Detailed quotation

At the end of the site visit our surveyor will be able to give you a written quotation that will outline everything discussed, or we can email you a full quotation within 2 days of our appointment.

This is a free service and at no point are you under any obligation to accept our quote, the process is in place to ensure that we have fully understood your needs and all parties concerned are 100% aware of the course of action to be taken and the total cost for the work to be completed.

On your acceptance

On acceptance of our quotation, one of our advisors will arrange a time and date that suits you for us to begin the work detailed. For health and safety purposes a Risk Assessment must be performed before any work can be carried out, once the on-site Team Leader has finished he/she will be able to answer any further questions you have and discuss with you the plan of action for the works. However once work has commenced it is imperative that no unauthorised person should be in or around the work site.

When our operatives have finished they will ensure that the site area is left clean and tidy and that all debris created from the works has been removed to your complete satisfaction. Once you are happy the works are completed the on-site Team Leader will ask you to fill out our sign off form.
